Who Am I?
One interesting thing about me is that I have been cheering for fourteen years and am now on the cheer team here at Bloomsburg.
Some surprising things about me are that I shoot the crossbow, I have three tattoos, and that I am deathly afraid of porta-potties. I first learned how to shoot from my grandfather. Whenever I have time, he and I go practice shooting, then afterwards I help my grandmother make us lunch. This is one of my favorite traditions that we share.
As for my tattoos, I have only three small ones now: a cross on my wrist, a Frozen 2 quote on the back of my arm, and a matching one with my mom on my foot. I have a few more planned for this summer.
The story behind my fear of porta-potties is funny now, but still not something I would ever relive. When I was cheering at an away-game around age seven or eight, my dad took me to use the bathroom. Him, with his odd sense of humor, thought it would be funny to shake the porta-potty with me inside. I have yet to go into one since.
Hey Kimmy! Your fear of porta-potties is very valid. I also have an fear of porta-potties, it's always my last resort if need be. Cheer is such a demanding sport. You must really love it to do it for fourteen years and continue it into your college carer! You dog is so cute! I love dogs they are so friendly and adorable. I think it's really cool that you are close with your grandparents and that you are family orientated! I find that is an amazing quality in people.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing such a great story in your blog. I'm sure more than a few of us share some anxieties about those places. Rosie looks very cute. My brother is a Corgi owner. His current one is named Lilo.
ReplyDeleteHey Kimmy, you seem like a very adventurous person. I wish I got into archery it's such an interesting hobby. And I think it's heartwarming that you share that tradition with your grandfather. And I also have a corgi! His name is Elliot, and he is 4 years old. We should definitely have a corgi playdate; he would love to meet Rosie. Also did you attend the corgi cafe in Sunbury earlier this year?
